For Requestor

New changes requested in the current release by NEC:
1. Revenue for Shipped, Open, Total, Last Year, Budget, Last Year,Variance and Budget Variance %.
2. Contribution % for This Year, Last Year and Budget.
3. Quantity for this Year, Last Year and Budget.
4. Report shows YTD and MTD values.
5. These reports need the Period and Year parameters.
6. Box Size is Dynamic.
7. Need to include a parameter for Top N of each group.
